How to get Double Data
Bonus Double Data is available to all customers activating a new mobile service with an eligible Mobile Plan.
Bonus Double Data is also available to customers upgrade recharging from an ineligible Mobile Plan to an eligible Mobile Plan and also to those upgrading from a lower priced eligible Mobile Plan to a higher priced eligible Mobile Plan.
For 6 consecutive recharges, commencing at activation or upgrade recharge, eligible customers will receive the standard Plan data allowance plus the same amount of GB added to their Bonus Data account. A maximum of 6 Bonus Double Data amounts can be received over a maximum period of 6 months from activation or upgrade.
Example : Activate a $35 Everyday 5G Plan and receive 50GB Plan Data plus 50GB Bonus Double Data to use.
Example of upgrade recharge : Recharge from a $60 90 Day Plan to a $29 Essential 5G Plan and receive 29GB Plan Data plus 29 GB Bonus Double Data to use.
Example of upgrade recharge : Recharge from a $29 Essential 5G Plan to $35 Everyday 5G Plan and receive 50GB plan data plus 50GB Bonus Double Data to use.
Consecutive recharge for the purpose of this offer means the first eligible plan recharge at activation or upgrade recharge and 5 future recharges of the same eligible plan prior to, or within 48 hours of, expiry. If you recharge outside of this time, you will no longer be eligible for Bonus Double Data, regardless of how many recharges you have made or have remaining. We recommend that you enable Auto Recharge to make sure that you don’t miss out.
How to lose Double Data entitlement
If, after having initiated Bonus Double Data, you recharge with an ineligible plan or downgrade from a higher priced eligible plan to a lower priced eligible plan, you will cease to receive Bonus Double Data until you again recharge with an eligible plan or higher priced eligible plan during the promotion period.
Data consumption hierarchy, Data Banking and Data Gifting
Bonus Double Data is consumed before Plan Data and cannot be gifted. Unused Bonus Double Data may be eligible for Data Banking (subject to Data Banking criteria, refer T&C).
